Paspartu Multilingual Operations for Regulated Markets
Let’s talk

Certified QualityQuality at Paspartu is not a promise - it is a system.

It is defined by internationally recognized standards, reinforced through disciplined processes, and proven through long-standing institutional trust. We operate in environments where accuracy, consistency, and accountability are essential. For that reason, quality is embedded into how we work - across workflows, controls, and delivery - rather than treated as a final check.

Certified Quality
Internationally Recognized Standards

We operate under ISO 17100:2015, the international standard for professional translation services. This ensures structured workflows, qualified linguists, and clearly defined quality assurance processes across every project.

Our quality management system is also certified under ISO 9001:2015, reinforcing consistent service delivery, process control, and continuous improvement across our operations - not only in translation, but in how projects are managed end to end.

Where machine translation is applied, we follow ISO 18587:2017, the standard governing post-edited machine translation. This allows us to use technology responsibly - accelerating delivery where appropriate, while maintaining controlled quality levels aligned with professional standards.

We are happy to provide copies of our current ISO certifications upon request.

Trusted by European institutions

Paspartu is an EU Bodies Certified Translations Provider, trusted to deliver certified translations for European institutions operating under strict quality and accountability requirements.

For more than 15 years, we have supported EU bodies - including the European Parliament and the European Medicines Agency - with translation work where precision, traceability, and reliability are non-negotiable.

This experience reflects not only technical competence, but the ability to operate consistently within highly regulated, high-scrutiny environments.

Quality as an operational foundation

Our certifications and institutional collaborations are not marketing credentials. They define how we work every day - ensuring that:

  • Processes are structured, documented, and repeatable
  • Quality controls are applied systematically, not selectively
  • Accuracy and consistency are maintained across languages, markets, and time
  • Clients can rely on outcomes, not explanations

These standards form the foundation that allows our clients to operate with confidence - especially where compliance, risk management, and accountability matter most.
